    Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minister outlines the Iraqi government reform programme


    “We will implement a package of reforms in the financial and banking sectors, and will restructure state-owned banks” says Deputy PM and Minister of Finance, Ali Allawi as he lays out the broad outlines of the new Iraqi government reform programme.
